How fast is TrackLog set up?
The device arrives by post. Plug it into the OBD port in under 1 minute, then assign it to the vehicle in the browser. No technician, no workshop.
Do I need a technician or a workshop?
No. Self-install, no fitting appointment. Assigning in the browser takes a few minutes.
Does TrackLog work on older vehicles?
Yes - practically all cars, vans and trucks from model year 2001.
Can I export the logbook?
Yes: CSV, PDF or tax-office export.
What happens when there is no mobile network?
The TrackLog T1 stores data locally on a microSD card and uploads it once the network is back. No data gaps.
Will I be notified if someone tampers with the device?
Yes. TrackLog alerts immediately on tampering or unauthorised movement, with the last known location.
What does TrackLog cost?
9.90 € per vehicle per month. Hardware included in the subscription, SIM and every feature included. Alternatively 99.90 € / year (16 % off, effectively 8.33 € / month).
Hidden costs or modules?
No. One price per vehicle, everything included, no setup fee.
Where is data stored?
Servers in the EU, GDPR compliant.
Do drivers have to know about tracking?
Yes, that is required by law. We provide a sample consent form on request.
How do I order?
Place a binding order on the order page. The device arrives by post. Plugged in in under 1 minute, billed by invoice, cancel monthly.
