Delete account.

In the TrackLog web application you can delete your account yourself under Settings - Security - Danger zone. Alternatively, email office@tracklog.at with the subject "Konto löschen" or "Account deletion request".

Please include:

• the email address of your TrackLog account
• your company name (if any)
• whether you use the Android app, iOS app and/or the web platform

Request deletion by email

We confirm receipt and usually complete deletion within 30 days. If the authorisation is unclear we will contact you briefly.

After a successful check we delete or anonymise in particular:

• login account and credentials (email, password hash, profile details)
• tenant/company settings of your account in the TrackLog platform
• vehicle, GPS, trip and location data assigned to your account
• related app and usage data insofar as it is personally attributable to your account

After deletion is complete, signing in with this account is no longer possible.

Data we are legally or contractually obliged to retain is not deleted immediately. This may include in particular:

• invoices and accounting records (typically up to 7 years, § 132 BAO)
• evidence of contract performance, where retention duties apply
• technically necessary security and abuse logs for a short period

This data is deleted or anonymised when the relevant period ends. Details are in our privacy policy.

If you are registered as a driver or employee of a TrackLog customer (fleet), your employer or the company customer is usually the controller of your employment data. Please address erasure requests first to your employer. We support the customer under the data-processing agreement (DPA).

Standalone accounts (for example an admin login at TrackLog) can be deleted directly with us - see section 1.

Deleting the app/platform account is not automatically a cancellation of your TrackLog subscription. For ending the contract and returning hardware see Withdrawal & cancellation and the Terms. Both can be handled in the same email to office@tracklog.at.
